The OrthoAT Story
OrthoAT was founded by David Grove MS, LAT, ATC. David graduated from the University of Montana with a Masters degree in Athletic Training in 2016, and a Residency from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2018. Since then, David has worked as Certified Athletic Trainer and educator in Washington, Wisconsin, and Montana. His experience ranges from providing medical coverage on the sidelines of high school and collegiate sporting events to orthopedic clinics and assisting with surgery in the OR. During COVID he paused direct patient care and managed outpatient specialty clinics at a local hospital. It was there that he decided a better option should exist for his community. Thus, the idea for OrthoAT was formed. Now David spends his time doing what he loves: supporting his community by providing medical coverage at events, offering in-home evaluations and rehabilitation, and providing education on common adult and pediatric injuries and treatments.
